Liability Waiver

Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in motorcycle rental activities provided by Hurricane Enduro Rentals, I hereby agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that off-road motorcycle riding involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: falls, collisions, equipment failure, rough terrain, weather conditions, and encounters with other riders or vehicles. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
I release Hurricane Enduro Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from my participation in motorcycle rental activities.
Agreement to Follow Rules
I agree to follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by Hurricane Enduro Rentals, including wearing appropriate protective gear and operating the motorcycle within my skill level.
Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in motorcycle riding activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe operation of a motorcycle.
The full waiver will be provided at the time of rental and must be signed before any motorcycle is released. This page is for informational purposes only.
