Renter Eligibility

Must be 21+
Must possess a valid driver's license
Motorcycle endorsement required for riding on public roads
Must have prior off-road motorcycle experience
Must sign liability waiver and rental agreement

Payment & Deposits

Payment at Booking

The full rental amount is charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No balance is due at pickup.

Refundable Security Deposit: $500 per bike

A refundable security deposit of $500 per bike is included in your booking total. Deposit is returned upon safe return of the motorcycle with no damage.

Rental Policies

Renter must be 21+ with valid driver's license
Motorcycle endorsement required for street riding
Pick-up: 7am, Return: 6pm
Late returns charged at $50/hour
Cancellations 5+ days out: 100% refund
Cancellations within 5 days: 50% refund
Cancellations within 1 day / no-show: No refund
Damage deposit always 100% refunded on cancellation

Street Riding Disclaimer

All bikes are street-plated and may be ridden on public roads.
Riders must have a motorcycle endorsement on their driver's license to ride on public streets.
Hurricane Enduro Rentals is not responsible for traffic tickets received while operating the motorcycle on public roads.
If the bike is impounded, the customer is responsible for all associated costs including impound fees, towing, and any fines.

Sand Hollow State Park Restriction

Bikes are NOT equipped for dune riding and are NOT allowed in Sand Hollow State Park.
No flags are provided with the rental.

Gear Requirements

Mandatory gear: Helmet, goggles, boots, and gloves must be worn at all times during the rental.
All gear is included with your rental at no additional charge.
You may bring your own gear if you prefer.

Damage & Liability

Renter is responsible for all damage during rental period
Optional damage insurance: $65/day (non-refundable) — covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages
Security deposit: $500 refundable deposit per bike always included in booking total
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered
Major damage may result in repair costs beyond deposit
