Our motorcycle rental services are subject to additional terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Terms. By renting a motorcycle from us, you agree to comply with the Rental Terms, our Liability Waiver, and all applicable laws and regulations.
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. By placing a reservation, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees as described during checkout.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary due to equipment availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

Dirt bike and motorcycle riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. By using our rental services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with motorcycle riding, whether known or unknown. You agree that you have read and will comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Hurricane Enduro Rentals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurricane Enduro Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Hurricane Enduro Rentals for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
