Yes, ALL riders need one. Beginning January 1, 2023, Utah requires all off-highway vehicle operators to complete the Utah OHV Education Course under Utah Code 41-22-31(1)(B). This is a once-in-a-lifetime requirement. The course is FREE, takes only about 30 minutes online, and your certificate is valid for life. You must show proof of certification at pickup.

What is included with the rental?

Every rental includes a full tank of gas, all riding gear (helmet, goggles, boots, gloves), optional gear (pants, jersey, chest protector, knee guards), trail map, basic tool kit, and emergency contact card.

All protective gear is included free with every rental. This includes helmets, goggles, boots, and gloves. We also have optional gear available like pants, jerseys, chest protectors, and knee guards at no additional charge.

What are Utah's OHV laws I should know about?

Key Utah OHV laws include: OHV registration is required for all vehicles operating on public lands, spark arrestors are mandatory, riders must stay on designated trails, noise limits are enforced (96 dB), and riding under the influence is illegal with the same penalties as driving a car. Our rental bikes are fully compliant with all Utah regulations.

What are your operating hours?

Normal wear and tear from off-road riding is expected and covered. A $500 refundable security deposit is always charged per bike. Do you deliver bikes?

Yes, we offer delivery to select trailheads in Washington County, Utah for a $49 fee. Current delivery locations include Toquerville Twister, Hurricane (End of the Road), and Warner Valley St George. Select your trailhead during checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 5+ days before your rental receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you receive a full refund or can reschedule at no charge. Your security deposit is always 100% refundable on cancellation.

How do I access my customer portal?

After booking, you can access your customer portal at endurorentals.com/portal. Use the same email address you used when making your reservation. From the portal, you can sign your liability waiver electronically, view your booking details, and manage your reservation. You'll need to sign the waiver before pickup.
