Off-road dirt bike riding in Southern Utah means red rock dust, desert heat, and technical terrain that demands proper protective gear. Whether you're riding slickrock in Warner Valley, tackling single track on Hurricane Cliffs, or cruising desert washes, having the right gear is essential for both safety and comfort.
The good news: you don't need to bring any of it. Every dirt bike rental at Hurricane Enduro Rentals includes a full set of MSR (Malcolm Smith Racing) protective gear at no extra charge. That's helmet, goggles, boots, and gloves as mandatory gear, plus optional pants, jersey, chest protector, knee guards, and socks if you want them. All gear is DOT/CE certified, professionally cleaned between rentals, and available in sizes from Small to XXL.
Bringing your own gear? No problem. Many experienced dirt bike riders prefer their own helmet and boots. Just let us know during checkout what you'll bring and what you need from us. We recommend wearing moisture-wicking base layers under the riding gear — Southern Utah temperatures can range from 60°F in winter to 105°F in summer, so dress for the season.
