Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon pickup of the motorcycle.
• Deposits are processed securely via credit card through our payment processor.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Modifications

• Date changes requested more than 7 days in advance may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Date changes within 7 days of the rental may incur a $25 modification fee.
• Motorcycle upgrades are available subject to availability and price difference.

Weather & Trail Closures

• If Hurricane Enduro Rentals cancels your reservation due to severe weather or unsafe trail conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
• Customer-initiated cancellations due to weather forecasts follow the standard cancellation policy above.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at booking.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
