Equipment Condition: I acknowledge that I have inspected the motorcycle and all equipment provided and found them to be in acceptable condition. I agree to return the motorcycle in the same condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Mandatory Safety Gear Acknowledgment

I agree to wear all required safety gear (helmet, goggles, boots, and gloves) at all times while operating the motorcycle. I understand that failure to wear proper safety gear voids any damage protection and may result in additional liability. I acknowledge that Hurricane Enduro Rentals provides safety gear and I will inspect it before use.
