All renters are REQUIRED to wear a helmet, riding gloves, and protective boots at all times while operating rental equipment. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of rental without refund.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action shall be brought in Washington County, Utah.
